This is *not* whats going on.  Subs are lost because of a number
of possible reasons:  database corruption, lost packets, dropped
packets, etc.  They are not just expunged for the hell of it....
If a server KNEW it was losing a subscription, don't you think it
would just re-sub itself???

Sorry, Ron, but your reasoning here is lacking.  No offense.  If
you can actually track down the bug in the Zephyr server and send
a patch, I'm *sure* that 4000 MIT students and staff would be forever
in your debt!
