I see from the other stuff that sendbug puts in that you're on a Vax3100
with an SG display.  That's the color display, right?

I presume that you've successfully run EZ elsewhere.

I fear that the problem is with the X server.  EZ generally uses more of
the functionality of the X server than most vendors bother to test.  I
used to fix X servers for EZ, but I had to give it up.  I became too
unpleasant a person to deal with.

Perhaps we can talk someone into instrumenting EZ and the X server.  It
would be a good idea for us to know which command to the X server killed
it.

Question:  Does this happen EVERY time you try to run EZ?
