Hello,
I sent in a bug report earlier about 'prochart' dying in setup
mode. It turns out this happens when the screen device is 'xterm', and
appears to be directly related to the Protocol mismatch error. When the
sd Screen Device is xterm
and it tries to establish the connection after typing "SPACE", it gives
the protocol mismatch error, and then dies. All it says is 'Sorry'.

P.S. xprochart works if the 'term' variable is set to something other
than xterm. It does not work otherwise, dying in a manner similar to
that described above.
