rather, more like a software aesthetic issue. I wasn't sure where
else to send the email too (does bug@athena or bug-athena@athena exist?).
When you try to inc mail when you're over quota it gives the error
message
"unable to write 9: function not implemented"
where 9 is the to-be-created mail file. "Function not implemented" is
misleading to the user, no?
