Hi! I was going to increase my quota slightly so that I could convert
my mail to rmail format, but when I went into moira it couldn't find a
quota for me.

I didn't want to add a quota, in case that wrecked anything you might
need for tracking down the problem. I was able to get the filesystem
info for me, though, and could look at some other people's quotas.
I was using /afs/athena/system/moira/decmipsbin/moira.
At some point in the last couple of months at least I did have a quota
in moira.
