If you rescan a folder, the popup box announcing
same does not appear unless you also move the mouse
subsequent to the press in the [Rescan Folder] box.
If you do move the mouse, the popup promptly appears.
If you do not move the mouse, the popup does not
appear until the time that the directory pane is
redrawn. At that time, the popup appears only for
an instant, and does so without the normal text
[Rescanning foobox] displayed.
