What's wrong:
Display Height in inches is reported by the Xibm server for the apa19
display as 9.57 inches, whereas in fact it is at least 10.75
(measuring the adjustment of the screen on bill-the-cat) or perhaps 12
(measuring the tube face, to the mask).
What should have happened:
Since all field machines have been upgraded from Apa16 to Apa19,
shouldn't the servers be updated too? (There is no software method to
tell whether an apa16 or 19 is attached, but why assume what is mostly
the WRONG answer?) Perhaps this can be included with X server changes
for 6.0R.
