When there's a long message in the message buffer, long enough
that it goes off the end of the buffer, hitting "down" or n
doesn't scroll through the message itself or go to the next message;
typically, you need to hit n a bunch of times before it'll scroll
the buffer, and by that point you're several messages down.
I haven't really looked at the owl source yet so I'm not really
sure where this behavior comes from. I've been using owl through
the dialups, and I have no .owlrc.
Thanks,
Dave
