When creating dynamic views it would be useful to have a way to always
include certain messages in addition to the ones the dynamic view
specifies. This would be particularly useful for including personal
messages or something if the user wanted to do that. I suggest
creating a special purpose filter called "universal" which will be
or'd with any dynamically created filter.
This will be easier once you can have filters in filters, but I think
that was already on the list.
