Hello,
when olc consultants grab messages in the queue, matisse sends
zephyrs to the consultant. The zephyrs aren't formatted usefully
in owl, though, perhaps because owl does not apply the Default
message format field that comes with the zephyr.
Could owl be taught to display Matisse's zephyrs in a useful
fashion? One of owl's strengths is that it is useful without
user-supplied custom configuration. I'd like to continue in my
blissful state of having a nearly empty .owlconf.
(It's possible that matisse sends zephyrs to the user who's
question is grabbed as well, I haven't tested that case.)
I'll show you what I see on my screen for zephyrs that Matisse
sends to the consultant. In both normal mode and in "o" mode,
owl displays the fact that I got a zephyr, but doesn't display
the "Unable to contact user" message.
In normal, non-"o" mode, I see:
MESSAGE / PERSONAL / olc.matisse [olc hello] 04:36 (From: OLC Service)
In "o" mode, I see:
< MESSAGE PERSONAL olc.matisse
If I get "info" in owl, I can see a hint of the message, but it
would be more useful if it were displayed by default.
