When a recwin looks like the one at the end of this email,
a page down will cause the cursor to go off the bottom of the
screen and to not actually scroll properly. This seems like
a fencepost error. Also notice the error in how the lower
right corner of the screen in displayed. It seems to be an
issue in some cases where the first line of the last message
is displayed at the very bottom of the screen.
I'm seeing this with a 40-line screen and a typewinsize = 5.
