Zephyrs with one field aren't properly displayed

Owl currently does not properly display zephyrs with one field. OLC
zephyrs fall under this category. owl displays the message in the zsig
area, which makes it unreadable.
For example:
MESSAGE / PERSONAL / olc.matisse [olc hello] (From: OLC Service)
The actual message sent is below, though olc sends the whole thing,
including the "From:" and "To:" as one field with line breaks.
