If Owl 2.0.7 is running on a "terminal" that does not advertise color
capabilities, any @color command results in a literal "@color". These
commands should still be interpreted according to colorztext, even if
nothing different can be displayed. That is, the @color should be
suppressed.
Same with @-commands to change size.
