* "default" should be listed in the list of colors and documented as a way
to switch back to the original color
* -b should also be added as a flag to filter to make color filters bold
* If I have marked the last message deleted I want the cursor to move
to the next one automatically when it arrives. I think the best way
to accomplish this is to have the cursor point to the currrently
empty slot where the next message would go until it gets there.
