time out-of-bounds error causes unexplained behavior

When Kerberos gets a time out-of-bounds error, owl doesn't deal
gracefully with the errors, or lack thereof... Interestingly enough,
when I first kinit'ed, I didn't get an out-of-bounds error, so maybe the
clock shifted between when I got my tickets and when I tried to send a
zephyrgram... but when I tried to send I just got "Waiting for ack..." Hm.
