If I have no tickets (if they've timed out, or if I've reattached a
screen session), owl claims to have sent the zephyr (and displays it
as an outgoing zephyr, if appropriate), but doesn't actually send
it. There's no error message.
This is on a dialup using owl-beta on 12/9/02 under screen. (I've been
seeing the bug for several weeks) It's entirely reproducible; it
happens to me every time I lose tickets.
