Here it goes:

  Noise on this list will stop.  If you post a message that does not
follow the guidelines of this list then you will be deleted from this
list (and your entire domain will be banned as well).

  This list has been slightly unmoderated for awhile -- this is going
to stop as well.  If the noise level does not decrease than I will be
forced to moderate this list on a message by message basis.

they are, how to exploit, and what to do to fix them.

  This list is not intended to be about cracking systems or exploiting 
their vunerabilities.  It is about defining, recognizing, and preventing use 
of security holes and risks.
