IP_OPTIONS...they're options for IP which includes TCP, UDP, etc.

Any packet which is using source routing has an IP header > 20 bytes.

Look for IP options straight after the usual IP header and right before
the UDP header, coming soon to a network near you! :)

p.s. in the early days of multicast, it was done with source routing and
     many a router had a heart attack :-)
