This is a test of the new and improved bugtraq mailout system which
should help keep the list delivering a little more smoothly. Delivery
problems slow down distribution of the list, so please remember to
unsubscribe yourself from the list if your address changes or your mail
host will be down. I have taken over adminstrative matters for Scott so
those kind of things can be handled quicker.
