After some playing with the file I just sent some friends of mine discovered
something about it. It doesn't use sendmail in the way it claims, in fact it
only uses sendmail to mail /etc/passwd to <big drum roll> tsk@thirdwave.net.
It does however look for world writeable files and replaces them with the
users files.
