The file you attached is WS_FTP.INI, a standard part of any WS_FTP
installation. It is legit and harmless. Keep in mind, the Microsoft
document did not say that *all* files named "Ws_ftp" were an indication of
a hack.
It's a shame that the contents of the Microsoft document are vague in some
aspects; I suspect this to be the source of many hoaxes and warnings for
the next couple of years.
