ObSecurity: Dont buy a computer from somebody who suggests you ask
about IPng on bugtraq, you will likely be ripped off. Either (a) he's
clueless and will rip you off because he doesn't know enough to give
you the best deal or (b) he is trying to snow you by misdirection.

The IPng RFC drafts are available on ds.internic.net, under
/internet-drafts.

And to answer the question, since there is no current plan to change
anything at the physical media level (ethernet, V.32bis, etc), when
IPng is finally shipped, all you'll need is a new TCP/IP stack (and a
provider who will support IPng connections).
