PMDF is made by a company call Innosoft. MultiNet is made by a company
called TGV; it is a TCP/IP platform for PC's and VMS Alphas and VAXen.
PMDF is an email engine.
You might have better luck sending your question to:
service@innosoft.com
and asking them for their mailing list so you can ask the users
their experience.
