For those people that do not have an ACM Digital library subscription (
somthing well worth having imho) there is a link to a copy of the work off
Edward Feltons homepage. http://www.cs.princeton.edu/sip/pub/webtiming.pdf
Just dont a quick read over both versions and cant see any significant
differences.
