Has anyone noticed the difference in patch file size for the MS00-078
advisory for x86 English?

I should be receiving a 40k file. I actually get a 379k file.
The symbols package is worse. I get ~1.8 Meg as opposed to the 198k on the
site.
It appears that all language versions for x86 are different size. These
files come from "msxxxx.www.conxion.com".
Probably nothing but overworked webmasters.. but seems a bit odd to me.
MS hasn't replied to my inquiries.
