I too have been unable to download the IIS 5.0 Hotfix checking tool,
HFCheck. According to Microsoft, it was supposed to be available at
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/tools.asp. If one visits that
link, it is listed under "Security Tools". But clicking on it yields a
404..
Perhaps secure@microsoft.com can give us an update?

Since your on the topic of not being able to download patches, I still have
not been able to download the IIS Hotfix checking tool, all i get is 404
errors. Anyone experiencing the same?
