i think he meant didn't as well, but i have news for you guys.. you
can.. but only for each stream attached... so you have to find the
stream first, then you can query the stream to find if it is in
promiscous mode (you can find the stream in a fashion similar to
lsof ie kernel grepping). and no i dont know of any programs that do
this..
