<p><strong>Mr. Walter Sunder, has extremely impressive creden=
tials
and vast successful experience in the mining industry.</str=

He has been involved in the gemstone and precious metals in=
dustries
of Eastern Europe and Russia for nearly thirty years, princ=

as a consultant to several major international mining compa=
nies,
during which time <strong>he has been directly responsible =
for

ost all of the mining people and politicians. Mr. Stunder received his educ=
ation at the University of Saskatchewan, is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian=

<p><strong>Mr. David Maxwell is Chief Financial Officer and D=

of the Company.</strong> Mr. Maxwell is currently the Presi=
