Brian Fisher et. al. did a survey about Athena for 15.279, and wrote a
long paper based on the results. The survey felt biased, but for what
it's worth, I put their paper in /mit/yak/Public/aui/survey.{doc,html}.
It was given to me in MS Word format. mswordview dumps core when it
tries to read it, but it generates something readable, which is where
the html file came from.
