It should work if netscape is in gsm's path. If not, you can create a
file ${datadir}/gnome/config/gnome-moz-remote like so:

gnome-libs/libgnome/gnome-config.c for more details.

What warnings? (Actually, lots of capplets throw lots of warnings.
It's unfortunate. But they may actually be informative.)
