I have a copy of photoshop on my laptop. I don't have time to dig for
the info, but if someone can send me a list of icons, their locations,
and the size(s) they should be, it would only take me two minutes to
scale them and save them at the correct size.

PSB, actually. I've got a fresh inquiry in as to where things are.
They're even more hosed than we are, so things tend to not get done if
they're not thought about much.
