I propagated the two changes beland mentioned, i.e. I removed the lock
screen and logout desktop files, and copied in the .order file.
(I don't really want to be in the business of maintaining these menus
in the long term, but with Abby out of town it seemed warranted to
take these updates, so I asked ASO for the necessary bits and did so.)
