I'd say that these icons have at last crossed my personal "good enough"
threshhold.  If necessary, we can go with these as they are.

I suggest the following refinements:

1. I am very used to seeing the Netscape icon as a square.  Seeing it as
a rectangle was a little uncomfortable.

2. I suggest that the "Athena% " (and the space after the '%' is
intentional) be made a teeny bit smaller so that it is fully enclosed by
the inner rectangle.  I think it is important for the user to feel like
the prompt is 
wholly in the functional window, and not spilling over into the borders.

3. I'd like to see an Emacs icon with two lines of text. I expect that
after I do, I'll agree that what we have is PERFECT.
