CORRECTION!
The sawfish problem I am having turns out to be platform-specific.
Logged onto Linux, resize works.
Logged onto a Sun Ultra-10 or Ultra-5, I get:
15:51 *** Invalid autoload definition: (draw-window-outline), Can only
autoload from symbols
15:51 *** Error: Nil argument to command, resize-window-interactively
when I try to drag an edge to resize a window.
NOTE ALSO: The problem GOES AWAY when I go back to the system default
of opague resize.
Other info: I think I'm running sawfish out of the AUI locker.
allegretto.mit.edu% which sawfish
/mit/aui/arch/sun4x_57/bin/sawfish
If someone will tell me how to confirm that the startup session is
running the same sawfish as my Xterm does, I'll run the test.
SUMMARY:
There is apparently a platform-specific bug in sawfish.
On the Sun, when you set the "How windows being resized are animated"
from the system default of "opague" to "box" you lose the ability to
resize windows by dragging edges. You get the errors mentioned above.
