Medusa doesn't play well with AFS

So Medusa (the file indexing program that comes with Nautilus)
attempts to index the entirety of AFS in the default configuration.
This is obviously poor. If you are running Nautilus on a local Athena
machine, I recommend deleting Medusa's cron entry to prevent it from
running. I'll do this on the machines I've installed Nautilus on in
NW42 by Monday, if no one else gets there first.
