[Note that I'm making a logical distinction between what I've taken to
calling the "AUI Usability" meetings, which have been happening in N42
and deal largely with the best way to configure, test, and offer AUI to
the Athena user community, and the regular discussion at the Athena
release team meetings (which one might call the "AUI Release Integration"
meeting) where we actually figure out how to make the bits line up right.]

attending: ajfox, amb, beland, othomas, sbjones, tbelton

- Live usaility testing is to happen in N42-203 on Monday afternoon,
organized by sbjones with at least one developer in attendance.
N.B.: testing machines still need Nautilus hand-installed.

- Nautilus is better in beta than gmc ever was.

- Integration would like to know when/if/how they will get a look at AUI;
amb to figure out an answer.

- How much specific courseware will be in the panel menus, and how it
will be organized, is still an open question. FLs will confer.
(The overall menu layout is also very much subject to change, as well.)

- AOLIM and IRC clients are, anecdotally at least, greatly desired by
  student Athena users.

- Next (probably brief) meeting to happen Thursday, 7 December, from
13:00, in N42-203. Planned agenda: How did the usability testing go?
  Results? Shall we continue?
