Sawfish sort of supports gdx-pixbuf, but it needs patches that the
sawfish author wrote and that have not been taken in official
gdk-pixbuf release.  Or at least that's the last I heard.  Given the
choice of having an unsupported gdk-pixbuf or a supported imlib, I've
gone with the supported imlib.
