So I think I know what's causing the problem; I'll be doing my darnest
to find a solution as soon as class gets out.

Well, Evolution is not installed, so EXMH (Enhanced XMH, basically),
is the best we've got, sad as it is. Andrew seemed to find the fact
that the Evolution icon launched EXMH odd, so when I rebuilt the
panel, I was honest. No reason we couldn't switch the icons, but the
actual program isn't ready.
