>OK, Monday is over. I still don't know where we stand on testing.
I'd say we stand somewhere in the week of 2 October, but I'm willing to
be contradicted if we have a menu scheme and no other fatal issues soon
enough that we can aim for this week.
That said, would there be interest and/or value in some subset of us
getting together this week so that *we* could run through at least some
of the tests?
With regard to Beland's "major obstacles" list:
The major obstacles standing in our way right now:
- We have yet to settle on a scheme for the menu system. I'm working
on a proposal which I hope to have ready by Saturday or Sunday.
Consider yourself nudged.
- I was testing with gZephyr, and I noticed it has yet to have
(group) and (topic) labels added to "class" and "instance." It
also crashed when I clicked on the user list.
Now that classes have started, what's the development status of gZephyr?
- There's a bug which is causing subwindows spawned by the panel to
show up in the taskbar.
If we're actually around at the same time, please demonstrate this to me,
I'm unable to duplicate it unless the failure case is more specific than
stated here.
