The project notebook is at http://web.mit.edu/aui/notebook

I can put you on the mailing list if you'd like.

I'm actually in the process of trying to assemble a concrete set of
user requirements, a list of tasks we'd like users to perform, and a
list of outstanding usability issues with the current prototype. I'd
love to have your input on those items. As the online schedule
mentions, we are aiming for Aug. 1 as the date when we will have
enough put together to do formal testing. That target is somewhat
shifty, I think, especially as we have not yet begun recruiting
testees, and the list of things that need to be fixed has not been
finalized.

We'd like to demo the system for non-developer staff at some point
before we give it to novice users for testing.

Sounds like we'll definitely need to set up a meeting after Andrew's
start date. Meanwhile, there's plenty of work to keep us busy, so
there's no harm in waiting a bit. If anyone does want a demo of the
system to make the descriptions on the web more concrete, I'd be happy
to oblige.
