Thanks Janet for being proactive on this front. As advised by the
usability team, I've involved Heather Anne Harrison in the usability
aspect as well.
On July 31, Andrew Boardman, the new leader of the AUI project comes on
board. I will then ramp down my involvement as his ramps up. Ideally,
rather than you meeting with me, we should schedule a meeting that will
include most of the AUI team, Heather Anne, Andrew Boardman, and
possibly me.
Are you and Kathy possibly available on dates later than 8/2?
I will let this note to you and the AUI team serve as a request that the
AUI team work out a date to meet with you. I suspect most of the team
members will prefer meeting in the afternoon (because they are students,
and are NOT morning people.)
The subset of times you offered that I am available are:
7/31 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 4:30PM - 6PM
8/1 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM, 4PM - 6:00 PM
I'm not available at all on 8/2.
We may want to wait until Andrew Boardman has a day or two to settle in
before actually picking a day and meeting. (On the other hand, he may
want to dive right in.)
I leave it to the AUI team to come to consensus on how to proceed here.
