Repeat of hallway chat between me and Beland:
Don't forget that the Publishing Service Bureau is a consulting firm.
They tend to want real dollars, a fair number of them, to do stuff.
You should scope out exactly what you want, get an estimate of how much
they want to do it, and then I'll see about funding it if it's not too
expensive.
