There are a variety of approaches to the problem, and Ops doesn't
like any of them. I can speak officially for Ops when I say we will not
be allowing arbitrary users to have acl'ed zephyr classes, and
consideration thereof is out of scope for the AUI project. Assume
acl'ed classes do not exist, and role play accordingly.
