I think the timeline presented by Beland as amended by Tibbetts is good.
We should add it to the project notebook (preferably in html rather than
text form, for readibility's sake.) The reason why we should include
this way of representing the timeline in addition to the component table
is that this form may be easier for communicating with Directors,
