(First off, Bug Buddy is not Helix Code specific. It was being used in
GNOME before Helix Code existed.)

The theory is that this is what consultants are for: users run olc and
say "it don't work good!" and eventually the consultant gets a usable
bug report out of them.

Maybe bug buddy should dump to olc at the end rather than bugs@mit.edu
if you're reporting a bug with an athena package?
