As I have configured athena-brushed-metal, windows with the title "zwgc"
do not get a title, but they do get a frame, just like transients.
I want the same behavior, but I don't like the way I implemented it.
Any suggestions on this? How about selecting on whether transients
should get decorated normally and decorating "zwgc" windows the same?
