Deliverables:
- Reminder to cancel print jobs on logout
By default, when a user starts to logout from Gnome-Athena, the
default printer and all printers in ~/.recent-printers are checked one
last time for jobs from that user. If any are detected, the user is
presented with a dialog box:

You have the following print jobs still pending:
--------------------------------------------------------------
::show identical list to that you would get in the job watcher
applet::
--------------------------------------------------------------
[Cancel all jobs] [Do nothing] [Do not]
[ and logout ] [and logout] [logout]
(X) Show this dialog again
Will automatically log out in: 30 seconds

The countdown should prevent the undesirable case where someone thinks
they've logged out, get up and leave, only to leave this dialog box
active on an unsecured workstation.
