I don't really like this, but I don't have a better solution to offer.
I could probably download something that would use apache-modphp and
postgresql, which I already have installed on my home machine, but I
don't know that I want the overhead of adminning it.

Athena really doesn't have anything better to offer, does it. Thats
kind of sad. Maybe we should look around and see if there is something
that will easily work in the Athena environment (ie, use files which
we can share over AFS rather than trying to use web crap). We might
want to see what the GNOME people are using, and see if we want to use
bug-buddy to replace sendbug.
