In Precise, by default, the backports repository is enabled. In the past,
we "disabled" backports by merely not enabling it. After discussion on
zephyr, we've decided to leave it enabled for now. If anyone disagrees
with this, please speak up NOW, because we need to make the change to the
PXE installer this week. You have until tomorrow (Tuesday at 5pm) to
object.
