 We never explicitly had ipython.  It was only pulled in because gnome-
 devel recommendeded accerciser, which in turn depended ipython.  So is
 there an explicitly desire for ipython, or is it merely that it's not
 there?  When things like this happen, I'd like to only add them back if
 someone requests them, or if there's something else that needs them.
 Otherwise we're going to end up trying to make our machines look Hardy
 forever.
